A high-growth autonomy startup in the Sunnyvale, CA area is seeking Firmware Engineers at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop low-level firmware (bootloaders, secure boot, multi-core management, communication drivers for CAN, ETH)
- Enable communication between ECUs and vehicle controllers for critical functions (e.g., battery management, steering)
- Work with real-time cores (e.g., Cortex-R5, M7) and open-source OS like FreeRTOS and ZephyrOS
Qualifications:
- Experience in microcontroller & CPU work, board bring-up
- Solid C Coding experience is important
- Expertise in bare-metal systems and driver development
- 2+ years of embedded firmware experience (Junior to Senior level opportunities available)
